Thank you for shopping at AGILITHOR. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@agilithor.net with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@agilithor.net within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
