Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@agilithor.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
